Will there be betting?

Normaly, when there is a war around, Nicks Casino offers a wager.

Those who can predict the winners of each division,(and put some Niodes on the table) can win some additional Niodes.

In general, this bet is 5 Niodes before the first shot is fired, and 10 Niodes for the first 12 hours of battle day 1.

The payoffs have been generous lately, but as there are few factions around this time, I would be surprised if the payoff this time is more than 20 Niodes..
